Joseph Brown

Joseph is a caring and compassionate lawyer who likes to evaluate an individual’s complete situation and provide sound and thorough advice. He has been an attorney in Arizona for over 15 years. His main practice areas are bankruptcy and personal injury. Additionally, Joseph is now practicing real estate law and also recently retained his real estate license.

Joseph became a lawyer to help people. He recognizes that people often have challenging and difficult circumstances and he wants to be that lawyer that helps them through their situations. Joseph has always put an emphasis on advocacy in his practice and focuses on being a true advocate for his clients. Additionally, Joseph has always practiced with integrity. Honesty and truthfulness are at the core values of how Joseph advises his clients. Finally, Joseph always looks at multiple avenues to find solutions for his clients. He often uses persistence and creativity to find solutions to his clients’ concerns.

Joseph was recently admitted to Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court as well as the Arizona Consumer Bankruptcy Counsel. Also, in 2022, Joseph was named one of the Top Lawyers by Phoenix Magazine. Joseph was awarded a three-year appointment from the State Bar of Arizona for the Council on Minorities and Women in the Law. Finally, he is also a board member with Missional Law, a charity that helps wrongfully imprisoned individuals in Malawi, Africa.

When he is not practicing law, Joseph likes to spend time with his wife and two young children. He enjoys cooking, going to baseball and football games and rooting for anything Detroit or Arizona State.
