Fatal motorcycle crash
Authorities reportedly responded to the scene of a fatal crash on a recent Wednesday evening. They advised that the incident began as a man was riding his motorcycle westbound when a motor vehicle suddenly pulled into the bike’s path. Authorities say the vehicle was turning out of a nearby driveway when it pulled in front of the motorcycle.
Authorities advised that the motorcycle proceeded to crash into the vehicle soon thereafter and was thrown off his bike in the process. Reports indicate that he was subsequently struck by a second motor vehicle. He suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene of the crash. While an investigation into the incident has been initiated, it remains unclear as to why the driver of the first motor vehicle failed to yield the right of way.
